Emergency Responder Authentication System for Mobile UserS Project

 

Project Description

The goal of the solution, called “ERASMUS”, Emergency Responder Authentication System for Mobile UserS,  is to leverage existing tools, rules, smart phones and advances in identity federation techniques to meet the need for electronic verification of identity, skills, and authorizations while simultaneously allowing for greater accountability on the scene of a disaster. This project is being developed by Gluu under the Kantara Initiative Identity and Privacy Incubator Program, funded by the US Department of Homeland Security Science & Technology Directorate.
