The Specification of a Service Subject to Assessment (S3A) describes the service being submitted for certification under the Kantara Initiative International Assurance Program (KIIAP). It provides a structured description of the service, its scope, operation, components, and dependencies to support certification, assessment, and review activities.

The S3A template is intended to be completed and maintained by the Applicant organization as part of its certification submission documentation.
