Charter (draft)

The Information Sharing Standard Agreement subgroup's will create and manage the Kantara Standard Agreement for Information Sharing. The Standard Agreement is a contract between individuals sharing information and the recipients of that information, covering data usage rights and responsibilities and communications privileges.

Target members

This group seeks active contributions from

developers currently working on user-centric identity, federation, dataportability, and infrastructure & applications related to the sharing of data across trust boundaries.
lawyers currently working on privacy, Terms of Service (TOS), End User Licensing Agreements (EULA), data quality, data usage, and related legal frameworks for the sharing of information between companies and between companies and individuals.

Mailing List

This subgroup will use the main mailing list of the Information Sharing Work Group, available for subscription at http://kantarainitiative.org/confluence/display/infosharing/Home .

Conference Calls

This group has a conference call every other week. Time TBD.
