[Wg-uma] Scenario doc modularity is a go!

Hasan has confirmed that using the {include} macro in the wiki allows  
us to have a master scenario document, with child pages that  
correspond to individual scenarios (or whatever granularity we want).

If you want to add a scenario, you'll be able to see from this example  
how to achieve it.  You can always add another child page to the  
master document with the "add child page" link at the bottom.  Please  
reuse consistent markup from surrounding scenarios if you do add
