Members,

I’ve gone ahead creating a task request for those who have NOT voted for the inclusion of the work and spec. 1.1 of Consent Receipt into the the ISI WG.

If you recognize people you speak with regularly on the list who have not vote please remind them too using this link. https://kantarainitiative.org/confluence/display/WGISI/Re-contributions+from+WG-CIS+to+WG-ISI

If you’ve not done so please do immediately here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/authorize-recontribution

The Consent Information Sharing workgroup (CIS-WG) is to be archived and replaced by this new workgroup, Information Sharing Interoperability<https://kantarainitiative.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=123339479> - [ISI-WG] to be both more agile and project-driven, as well as operating under a more flexible IPR option available to Kantara community groups, the Non-Assertion Covenant.

Furthermore, it was the desire of both the voting participants in the closing CISWG and the emerging participants in the new ISI-WG to re-use some content from the Consent Receipt Specification v1.1 and the Blinding Identity Taxonomy as the baseline for further document development.

In January 2020, the new ISI-WG requested Contributors to Consent Receipt v1.1 and the Blinding Identity Taxonomy to agree to the re-contribution of those contributions from the Consent and Information Sharing work group to the new group, with its more flexible IPR.

Kantara staff compiled the authorizations from the contributors using this form: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/authorize-recontribution. Efforts continue to reach these contributors. In the event that they do not agree to re-contribute, we will ask them to evidence their original contribution and redact that text.

Thank You for your prompt attention the new group members are moving forward nicely.
