+1 re RAND needing a better word key... I'll noodle on it. Great feedback
+1 to making tech and policy colums as well. I don't think it's over
rotating at all. Also easy to do
The inactive groups are subject to the shutdown and archiving process,
which I suspect is in the LC next steps.
