Yes, the UDVPI proposal relates to requesting scoping money ($5,000)  
from 2009 funds. I'd expect there to be an additional request for 2010  
funding from the UDVPI group, subject to the scoping work being  
successful.

If eGov wishes to contribute to the research (which we'd certainly  
appreciate), alignment with our 2010 request would be best. I'll lodge  
that this week.
