Colin -

To clarify, I gather that you're OK with this change as proposed to
Section 5 (i.e. I'll record it as a "YES" vote for this particular
motion), but you're pointing out that there are other sections in the
charter that will also need to be addressed for completeness (which
could be dealt with in a separate motion).

Please let me know if I've misinterpreted your response.
