[KI-LC] Call for 2009-Q3 WG/DG Status Reports

Brett -

That might make sense as soon as we have a "published Kantara Initiative
Roadmap".

Let's leave that as a follow-on activity as it's not something that's
mentioned in the OP requirement we're currently addressing.
