Yes, well it shows that no matter how much you look at something it can always be improved:-)

I don't think it's significant enough to warrant scrapping the Motion and re-issuing, because informally it may drift towards shortening to 'RF'in any case. Any violent objection?

As a comment, the new names are somewhat inconsistent in provision &
expansion of acronyms, e.g. while RAND & CLA are used, RF isnt etc
