[DG-IDoT] IDoT biweekly call

Hi Ingo,

Apologies, I have a conflicting call.

My Kantara Login stopped working, so I am commenting here on the discussion document.

Re Consensus Model
The PoA model would need a more detailed description. The key question here is what the rules and governance model would look like. Just a CA distributes on a few parties (protocol aside)?

Why not X.509?
Is there a particular benefit of a blockchain vs a CA with Certificate Transparency enabled?

Cheers, Rainer
