3. BALLOT CLOSE DATE NOTE: <<INSERT>>

NOTE: all electronic ballots need to be open a minimum of 7 days; when a ballot successfully passes the LC following a 45-day public review period and moves to an All Member Ballot, the length of time for that ballot is 14 days

EXAMPLE: This ballot closes Monday, June 15, 2014 @ 23:59 Pacific Time.

4. PROPOSED MOTION AND VOTE: <<INSERT>>

NOTE: this is the exact wording of the motion and must include 3 options for vote (yes, no and abstain). In the case of a Technical Recommendation, the motion must include language about the destination Standard Setting Organization for the work. Any motion which references specific work must include a link to where that material appears (draft specifications, review specifications, etc.).

EXAMPLE: The Leadership Council hereby submits its 2010 budget to the Board of Trustees for consideration and approval. Etc. with additional detail.
