[WG-UMA] US clocks spring forward on Sunday, March 11!

Please note carefully the "skew" in our meeting times for people whose clocks aren't in perfect sync with US daylight savings time plans. As noted on our Meetings and Minutes page:

...we use US Pacific as our home time zone, so this means others may "float". Having just realized that my time chart links at the bottom of today's meeting minutes were thus incorrect, I've now fixed them, as follows:
