As I mentioned on today's call... this is what Google is currently  
describing as the authorization process for web apps and "installed  
apps" (i.e. desktop apps).

It is interesting to note that installed apps have weaker security  
than web apps - note that their consumer key/secret is  
"anonymous"/"anonymous".
