France will be on strike on Tuesday 19-oct, this strike should have a 
significant impact on public transportation, current estimation is : 30% 
of running subways and very few RER.

My recommendation is not to schedule arrival in France on Tuesday, and 
to prepare very comfortable walking shoes for Tuesday.
