Dervla and Roger,

Thank you very much for all of your efforts behind the scenes to make
this happen in not so usual circumstances! (Especially when I read the
message all the way from the bottom;)  This will clear the way for our
expected activities ahead of us.  I believe all contributers to finish
that document appreciate it as well.
