[WG-TelcoID] Announcing leadership of the Telecommunications Identity WG

Congratulations to Jonas Hogberg of Ericsson, Gael Gourmelen of Orange/ 
FT and Jose Luis Mariz of Ericsson.  All three gentlemen will serve as  
co-leading chairs for Kantara Initiative's Telecommunications Identity  
WG.  As co-leading chairs, they received a majority of all WG voting  
participants with all votes in favor of their appointment via a non- 
secret ballot on today's teleconference call.

Thanks to everyone for voting.  We are looking forward to the good  
work to come out of the Telecommunications Identity WG.
