[WG-P3] Paris Face to Face (F2F) - Agenda Brainstorm and Draft

Mark, et al,

Three points:

1.  The 29190 editing is already on the agenda.  We just didn't have time to
get to it in our last telecon.

2.  It remains an open question whether we hold our regular call on 21 NOV,
in addition to the F2F call earlier that day.  So this item could get pushed
out until 04 NOV.  If members believe that this item (as well as others that
arise over the next two weeks) warrants more prompt attention than waiting
until November, I would recommend holding our regular call in addition to
the F2F call.  This would give us a better chance of attaining quorum which
will be necessary for the group to take on editing responsibility for 29190
as per Colin W's recommendation.

3.  We will have 2 hours for the F2F call.  I believe the schedule specifies
13:00-15:00 CET (07:00-09:00 ET).
