[WG-P3] $4k budget to spent for p3wg

It seems that the LC has approved a $US 4k budget for 2010 to be spent by p3wg on on two Privacy and Public Policy Workshops.
We need to let the LC know by next week if we will be using this amount or not
We can use the amount for other purposes but we will need to ask the LC for approval
Please indicate to the WG any suggestions that you have for spending this moneyotherwise, may be we can ask for it for next year budget
please let us kniow asap any suggestions that you have
