[WG-InfoSharing] Draft Literature Review/ Report in Information Sharing

Folks,

On Monday's call we talked about the literature review and subsequent  
report that Mark Lizar has been leading on as a proposed work group  
output.

I've attached a draft for review by the group, and propose to run a 2  
hour discussion session where we can work through it, question Mark on  
any specifics, and derive a set of conclusions and recommendations  
that we as a group are happy to endorse/ share.

This report covers an awful lot of ground and packs that into a  
relatively small number of pages.

I suggest we run this session from 9 till 11 Pacific time on Thursday  
11th February, Mark is travelling earlier in the week. I think we need  
to cover both content and output format options. Could those wishing  
to join this session confirm back to me, or let me know if you wish to  
get involved but can't make that time.

Meantime, this is a still very much in draft form so please don't  
circulate beyond the working group.
