Hello All - Happy New Year and welcome back (if you took a holiday)!  I hope everyone is well rested and ready to take on 2012 with replenished spirits!

Are there thoughts from participants about a proposed shift in the schedule for IAWG?

We have much to accomplish in 2012 and would like to be sure that the IAWG has a schedule that best enables the group to move ahead.  Thanks in advance for your input to this non-work, but scheduling item.

This notice serves to inform you of the upcoming IAWG telecon scheduled for NEXT Wednesday (11 Jan 2012) and highlights a proposed change to the call time. (As we don't wish to compromise quorum, I have cc'd current voting IAWG members to ensure feedback.)

We are proposing a shift in Wednesday's call time by 30mins to a window of 7:30-8:30 PT / 10:30-11:30 ET / 15:30-16:30 UTC.

If this proves compromising to broader participation and voting member attendance, then we'd like to open up a request for an official IAWG secretary to serve at full capacity for the work group. This action will enable the telecon schedule to remain the same in 2012 as it was last year.


Please offer your feedback to the proposed as soon as possible for consideration.
