One minor typo - in your new clause 2.3f you refer to criteria, which is plural, therefore you should say "... SAC that do not reduce ...". Otherwise I'm happy that it is a true reflection of the call yesterday.

As discussed on the call, attached is the SAC Profile Creation Guideline Doc and the consolidated comment template.  I incorporated all of the initial changes from v.0.6 of the SAC Profile Creation doc and tracked the changes from the discussion on the call today in this one (v.0.7).  I also noted in the comment template the result of the work group discussion around all the comments.  Please take a moment to review to ensure that I haven't missed anything.
