[WG-IDAssurance] FOG edits for your review

Thanks for the report Anna.  Given the editorial nature of these updates I
suggest we move forward, as we have in the past, where staff simply fixes
the errors and makes the final published version.  Given these changes are
small I think we could close this item with in this week.  The abstract can
simply be pulled from the introduction - so I also see this as editorial and
basically a reprint of part of the introduction in abstract form.
