So I agree with you - but too pile on the trivia, I would suggest point 1 is
terminated by a semi-colon (as per points 2 & 3), that point 4) has the ";
and" added and point 5 is terminated by a fullstop as the last item in the
list.

  Refined wording of the KI IS29115 statement looks fine, but on point of
trivia:  in point 1), delete ", and".  It seems to make no sense, given that
there are multiple additional clauses.  I guess that was my fault when I
drafted it.
