[Wg-idassurance] ICAM submission?

David--
The submission was prepared by the ARB, which is currently still fielding
some minor feedback from ICAM. I am prepared to give an update on that on
the WG call this week. Once the submission is accepted, it will be publicly
available (we didn't want the non-final version circulating as we'd get into
version control issues). In the meantime, if anyone from the WG would like
to see a copy of the submission please contact me directly. Thanks.
