[KI-LC] LC call for nominations: Secretary

Hello All—

Thanks in advance for your time and thoughtful consideration. Pasted below is the call for LC Secretary nominations:




This note serves as a reminder that nominations are open for Secretary of the Leadership Council in Kantara Initiative.

Per section 2 of the Operating Procedures, nominations are opening for the following position:

	1. Secretary (duties detailed in section 2.3.3 and 2.4 of the Operating Procedures) 

Please send your nominations to staff (at) kantarainitiative (dot) org. You may nominate yourself or any other member (roster is available here: 
http://kantarainitiative.org/confluence/display/LC/Roster).

Please include in your subject line "Nominations for LC Secretary."  Nominations will be open until 17:00 PT 14 February 2012.  At that time, we will compile the nominations, contact the nominees to confirm their interest in serving in a given capacity, and move forward with a ballot election or vote on the next quorate call.
