Fwding with an of-the-wall thought..
Would there be any value in thinking whether OASIS and KI could collaborate on interop and conformance testing?
Cheers

TAB explores interoperability and conformance testing
The OASIS Technical Advisory Board is working to define ways to
evaluate and improve the quality of OASIS standards and their
implementations. The TAB is currently developing guidelines for
conformance and interoperability testing. To provide input to the TAB
on this topic, send email to tab at lists.oasis-open.org.

RSA 2011 to feature KMIP Interop
Cryptsoft, Emulex, HP, IBM, RSA, and SafeNet, will demonstrate the Key
Management Interoperability Protocol (KMIP) 1.0 at the OASIS booth in
San Francisco, 14-18 Feb. This demo provides an opportunity for
vendors and end-users to see KMIP in-practice, demonstrating the value
of a standard comprehensive protocol for enterprise key management
operations in multi-vendor environments. Free passes to attend the
exhibit hall are available by contacting dee.schur at oasis-open.org.
