[KI-LC] Double-Booked During LC Telecon

Unfortunately, I am now double-booked during the scheduled LC
teleconference this week.

We have a few options:

 1. Someone else chairs the call.

 2. Cancel this call, picking it back up again
     on our standard schedule in two weeks.

 3. Postpone this call to the same time next week,
     leaving the rest of the schedule intact so the
     following call would be the week after that
     (i.e. we have no call this week, but then have
     a call each of the two following weeks).

With Colin already indicating he's likely to be 30 minutes late, is
there anyone else willing to chair?

If not, which of the two other options do folks prefer?

FWIW - The agenda I'm putting together includes a recap of the Portland
meeting, updates on open items, and a couple of new work items.
