[KI-LC] A word on transition and travel (and patience)

I'm writing to the staff, IRB, ARB, LC, and BoT to provide a clear heads-up on some logistical challenges we'll have on the management side of Kantara Initiative over the coming week.

Roger Martin is traveling, as of today.  He will have very limited access to email but is available by his mobile phone (if you don't have that and need to reach him please ping Dervla to request the number).

I will be traveling, as of Sunday, with very limited access to email and almost no time available for meetings or phone calls (unless before 7:30am PST as I'll be in a conference on the West Coast of US all week).

During this period I encourage all of you to turn to "staff at kantarainitiative.org" for anything that comes up.  Roger and I have tried to prep Joni and Dervla on all matters and chances are one of them will be able to get back to you with what you need, in a timely fashion.  But there will be a subset of items that will require Roger or myself to wrap-up and we simply ask for your patience and understanding through this brief period.
