[KI-LC] eGov WG Update

For those of you on the end of the call today, you may have had the painful experience of listening to me..:-).

As I mentioned early on in the talk, I had a bad echo..in fact it got worse as the call progressed to the point I was hearing myself 2 or 3 times over.

You can't imagine just how hard that was to deal with and keep a train of thought. I was not completely asleep, drunk, doped, or anything else:-).

So to achieve the objective of these recorded updates, Trent has offered to re-record this mornings.

I'll try a different access channel this time to see if that makes a difference:-)
