[KI-LC] Quarterly report status

Folks-- You can now find a compendium of quarterly report status here:

The X's mean that a group is objectively showing signs of inactivity, and the ?'s mean that a group is to all appearance active but is in arrears in getting its reports in.  Dervla has suggested that she can work with the groups she supports to get old reports in...but let's not lean too heavily on the wonderful resources the staff makes available to us. :-)  Healthcare, Japan, Telco, and ULX WGs -- please help out and assemble report data as best you can.

If you don't know how to find the number of subscribers to your group's list for filling out the template, you can go to the info page for your list.  For example, the UMA group's info page is here:

(I can't figure out how to have it send you your password if you've forgotten it.  You'll need this to prove that you're a list subscriber; only subscribers can see who is subscribed.  Staff folks, do you know the magic link for this?)
