[KI-LC] multi-protocol identity selector DG

I believe the original proposers of the Multi-Protocol Identity  
Selector DG have withdrawn their proposal in lieu of the IDP Selector  
WG and the Universal Login Experience Work Groups being formed.   
Drummond, is that true?

If yes, we should remove it from the Dashboard page, yes?  (unless  
others see a complimentary fit and would like to step up and move this  
proposal forward)
