In case you're not already aware of this trick... you can request an
email be sent each time a specific Confluence page is updated.  This is
particularly useful when you want to track changes being made to a Charter.

You do so by logging in, then clicking the "Tools" menu in the
upper-right corner of the page you want to follow.  Then select the
"Watch" option in the drop-down menu.
