Just noticed that with the switch for daylight savings time, UTC 5.30
pm conflicts with the second half of the SSTC call at 12 EST.<br>
<br>
Are there other such conflicts that would motivate us to push the call
out to 1.30 pm EST (as it would have been before the fall back)<br>

Joni, I presume we don't need to change anything with the conference
line were we to change time?<br>
