ACTION 20091030-02: 'Ericsson to upload annexes to Wiki.'

ACTION 20091030-07: 'Sun to check how to move annex to WIKI and how to transfer from Libertywiki to Kantara's one.

ACTION 20091216-01: (New action from AP 20091030-07): All papers will be donated to the KI site. Save all pages in archived area, the LAP wiki is live until end January. We can also archive all information to KI archive, checking all documents closely as we archive. Rebrand KI site and clearly note the Liberty site is not active, to follow active work visit KI site as well as leaving third party links in pace. New work items will belisted under ‘Contributions’. We should rebrand the papers for the KI site with pro’s and con’s.

Ongoing activity

ACTION 20091216-02: Firstly, publish whitepaper as Liberty before year-end, then publish as Kantara. The paper breaks into 3 standalone files.
IMS Forum, a Telco centric event. Jonas will reach out to Aude for IMS Forum.
Burton Catalyst Europe (deadline Dec. 21) & EIC (Feb. 15) are more enterprise oriented, we should be careful with messaging.

ACTION 20091216-03: Jonas will reach out to Ingo for Burton Catalyst (& EIC if he is available) regarding speaking opportunities. If Ingo cannot, then perhaps Fulup can speak. EIC, can be decided in January as we have some time.

ACTION 20091216-04: Dervla to reach out to Burton Catalyst organisers regarding speaking opportunities to find out what they are looking for, how we could mould our talk to meet their needs and if there is a possibility of deadline extension beyond Dec. 21.

6. KI TIWG Start up

- Five individuals have signed the Group Participation Agreement (GPA) so far . This is a request to all other group participants. Please sign the GPA online .

8. Whitepaper next steps
MB did not meet on Dec. 10 and will meet January 21. MB need to ratify the contribution of the whitepaper, noting the paper is ready to publish now.

For the IEC Conference in Munich Orange as provider could hold the presentation.
ACTION20100114-01: Gael and Aude decide whether Orange holds the presentation at IEC.

10. New Work
Will be discussed in next week and in Hillsboro.

11. Next Teleconference
Due to an overlap with other KI-Group Teleconference this group will shift the beginning of the call 30 min ahead.
Next call starts 4pm CET on January 28th.

12. AoB
The minutes will not longer appear at the LA site. Dervla will put them to the KI site.

Gerry Gebel confirmed that submissions for Catalyst Europe were received and notifications would go out via email the week of January 18, 2010.
